APARTMENT RENTAL RATES FOR 2008
Jan, February and March 08 - £196.00 per week
April, May and June 08 - £280.00 per week
July and August 08 - £350.00 per week
September and October 08 - £280.00 per week
November and December 08 - £196.00 per week (exc Christmas)

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES CAN BE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK IF AVAILABLE

For bookings of more than one week deduct £40 per additional week i.e 2 weeks in November or December would be a total of only £352.00.
The rental rates are for the apartment - not per person
6 people for 14 nights in November/December would only be £4.20 per person per night!

These rates include cleaning and laundry by the complex management company after you have left. We just ask you to put out the rubbish before you depart and leave everything tidy ready for the cleaners.

Vistamar the on site management company can arrange car hire and airport transfers at very competitive rates. We use them ourselves and have found them to be friendly, reliable and effecient. All bookings are made direct with Vistamar by e-mail and payments made when you arrive. Contact us for more details.
If booking car hire with them taxi transfers from Ercan airport are free and £35 each way from Larnaca. They will meet you at the airport and deliver you directly to your accommodation.
